Profile construction

Construction:

The door is made of stainless steel. Inside it is filled with PUR polyurethane foam and wood. The thickness of the door leaf is 73 mm / 2.9". Dual sealing system - one seal is in the dap of the frame and the other is located in the supporting part of the door leaf. They reduce vibration and protect your house from losing the heat. They don't change their volume under the influence of atmospheric conditions. The door frame has anti-burglar reinforcements in hinge parts and locking points.
  • frame depth: 43 mm / 1.7"
  • leaf/slab depth: 73 mm / 2.9"

The door set includes:

  • - Door and the door frame with two gaskets;
  • - ROTO locking system (strip lock) with an independent upper lock and three reinforced anti-theft bolts;
  • - Two sets of inserts with the keys;
  • - Normal door handle (T-bar long handle as an additional option);
  • - Viewfinder (in the case of solid doors);
  • - 3x adjustable hinges that provide anti-burglary protection;
  • - Aluminium threshold with the gasket;
  • - 3x anti-theft bolts.

Thermal and soundproof specification:

  • - for a full door leaf, at Ud = 0,85 W/K*m2 / R-Value = 7.1
  • - for glazed door leaf , at Ud = 1,1 W/K*m2 / R-Value = 5,7
  • - acoustic insulation 25 dB (applies to doors without glazing)
  • - glass doors are made of triple glazing packages.

Glazing

The glass in our doors are triple-pane windows. All panes are connected with spacer frames. Two of them are covered with Low-E coatings that provide natural light while helping to limit heat gain and thermal energy loss. It is also possible to choose P4 anti-burglary glass or safety glass VSG 33.1

Types of glazing

There is a wide range of glass options. In our offer one will find energy-saving, sound-absorbing, safety, anti-burglary and sunscreen windows. The most popular ones are milk glass, decorative or mirror glass as well as bronze reflex glass.

Light permeability of the glass:

- Milk – frosted glass 89%
- Mirror glass – 68 %
- Bronze Reflex glass – 42 %

One way mirror glass has a thin layer of reflective coating which allows the glass to reflect half the light that hits it. Simultaneously, half the light also goes straight through. This makes the glass both reflective and transparent. During the day, the outside is bright which means that people who are outside are not able to see what is inside the house. However, during the night when the light is on, the one-way mirror turns into a window. People are able to see through the glass both ways.

To solve the issue, one can apply the one-way vision foil. The foil consists of hundreds of small holes enabling light penetration, which gives the effect of semi-transmission. It is usually used for advertisement on buses or windows.

T-bar - long vertical handle or normal handle:

Stainless steel door handles are designed for one or two-sided use for external doors.
The innovative mounting system enables quick and easy installation of the door handle. Our offer includes many handrails:

T-bar Straight, circular shape 1200 mm / 47.2"

T-bar Straight, rectangular shape 1600 mm / 59.0"

YES, round arch silver 1200 mm / 47.2"

Lever Handle vs T-bar Pull Handle

1. If you have a Lever handle/normal handle from the outside, you can release the latch without using a key from outside. You simply push the Lever handle down and the latch will retract allowing you to open the door.

2. If you have a T-bar long handle from the outside, it has no way to release the latch because it is only used for pushing and pulling the door. So in this situation from the outside you always need keys to re.lease the latch. Then insert the keys into the key hole and turn to release the latch and open the door.

3. We offer a third additional option if the customer decides to purchase a T-bar. When selecting the T-bar on our website, you can additionally order a Knob Handle that will be installed together with the T-bar from the outside. This door Knob Handle will allow you to release the latch from the outside. So you can order Tbar + Knob which is quite small and looks quite nice.

Multi-point lock system

  • steel hooks and pins
  • Three-dimensional locking with integrated hooks and metal pins for optimal security.
  • Pressure adjustment.

How measure the hole in the wall for door installation

The picture shows the dimensions of the door with the frame and how to measure the opening for door installation. Please take the measure from the floor "tile or wooden panel" inside the house to the top brick level.

The space for the door installation should be between minimum 5mm to 20mm larger than the overall size of the door with the frame. This space is necessary as it should be filled with foam during the installation. This will also ensure insulation between the wall and the door frame.

Your Rating

The STA Steel Door with Left and Top Glass Panels, viewed from the outside, offers a striking combination of modern elegance and robust security, designed to enhance the façade of any home or commercial building. This thoughtfully crafted entryway integrates a solid steel door with two strategically placed glass panels—one on the left side and another above the door—creating a visually captivating and light-filled entrance that balances durability with aesthetic sophistication.

From the exterior perspective, the STA steel door is a commanding presence. Constructed from premium-grade steel, the door delivers exceptional strength and resilience against weather, wear, and potential security threats. Its smooth, expertly finished surface is resistant to rust, dents, and fading, ensuring that it maintains its pristine appearance for years to come. Available in a variety of customizable colors and finishes, the door can be tailored to complement diverse architectural styles, ranging from sleek contemporary designs to more classic or industrial exteriors.

The left glass panel, positioned vertically alongside the door, adds a graceful touch by introducing natural light and visual openness to the entrance. This panel is framed with matching steel, seamlessly integrating with the main door to maintain a cohesive and polished look. The glass itself is crafted from tempered or laminated safety glass, providing enhanced security while allowing daylight to gently illuminate the interior. Depending on the desired level of privacy and style, the glass can be clear, frosted, tinted, or feature decorative patterns, ensuring a perfect balance between transparency and discretion.

The top glass panel, situated horizontally above the door, further amplifies the entryway’s elegance and functionality. This transom-style panel not only adds architectural interest but also invites additional natural light to enter the space, brightening the interior foyer or hallway. Like the left panel, the top glass is designed with safety and durability in mind, using reinforced glass that withstands impact and reduces the risk of breakage. Its placement enhances the overall height and openness of the entrance, making the doorway appear more grand and welcoming.

The steel framing around both glass panels and the door itself is robust and meticulously engineered to provide a secure, weather-tight seal. This ensures protection against drafts, moisture, and temperature fluctuations, contributing to the building’s energy efficiency. The framing’s clean lines and precise craftsmanship accentuate the door’s modern aesthetic while reinforcing its structural integrity.

Exterior hardware elements complete the look, with high-quality handles, locks, and hinges that are both functional and stylish. These components are designed to withstand heavy use and exposure to the elements, while available finishes allow for customization that complements the door’s color and style. The multi-point locking system enhances security, providing peace of mind without sacrificing elegance.

Overall, the STA Steel Door with Left and Top Glass Panels, as seen from the outside, is a sophisticated entry solution that perfectly marries strength, style, and natural light. It creates a welcoming yet secure gateway that elevates the exterior appearance of any property while delivering superior performance and durability. Ideal for homeowners and businesses seeking a door that makes a lasting impression, this design offers a timeless, elegant, and highly functional entrance that sets a new standard in steel door craftsmanship.
